Shipping & Returns
>Shipping:We strive to get your shipments out in a timely fashion. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends and Canadian and international holidays.
A shipping notice will be sent to your email once your purchase has been shipped. Insurance & tracking for all shipments is extra and must be requested. Armoury Games & Hobbies is not responsible for delays caused by the postal services or customs.
If there is a problem please contact us and we will do our best to help you track your parcel.
>Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your figures or other products that you order from Armoury Games & Hobbies, please contact us right away and we will work with you to solve the problem.
If you do have to send the item or items back after talking to us we will issue a RMA#. All parcels shipped back must have the RMA# displayed clearly on the outside of the box.
Items returned without the RMA# number will not be credited.
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase.
Reimbursement does not include postage costs.
